Brett’s Run is just 3.5 miles and  is a very non-competitive, but many people still like to use this as a reason to increase excercise and activity and perhaps set some personal fitness goals.

While there are many training programs available, Hal Higdon’s programs have a great reputation and have helped thousands of people achieve their goals.  Many of these programs are geared for marathons and half-marathons, but there are also training schedules for 5k and 10k runs.  These programs require a planning ahead, but runners can also modify this and use these links and programs in the future, for this run and for any other runs you may choose to do.

Please remember, Brett’s Run/Walk is very non-competitive, and the focus is on fun, friends and family!  Brett would want it that way!
